The WWE has always been an industry that is constantly changing, and the 2021 draft will be no different. With a new set of superstars entering the company, some current stars need to switch brands in order to keep up with the ever-changing landscape.
The wwe draft 2021 list is a list of seven WWE superstars who need to switch brands in the 2021 WWE Draft.
On this week’s Friday Night SmackDown, the 2021 WWE Draft will go underway, offering both the Blue Brand and Monday Night Raw the opportunity to replenish their rosters and call up a few talents from NXT. Every active WWE Superstar will be available for grabs, much like the previous two Drafts, but most of the major names on each brand will likely remain put (for example, expect SmackDown to pick Roman Reigns first while Big E officially moves over to Raw). However, major performers have lots of chances to go to another program, and based on recent booking, some wrestlers are in urgent need of a change of scenery.
Below are the seven wrestlers that stand to benefit the most by switching brands in this year’s WWE Draft. The Draft will begin with SmackDown on Friday, followed by Raw on October 4th.

Drew McIntyre is heading to SmackDown Live.
(WWE photo)
Drew is in such a bad way. For a time, it seemed as if he was destined to win the WWE Championship once the people returned to the stadia. But he’s been a little aimless since Bobby Lashley kicked him out of the world championship picture. A transfer to SmackDown would position him for a future feud with Roman Reigns, which might result in some fantastic championship bouts.

Raw to Seth Rollins
(WWE photo)
This is a long shot (WWE prefers to keep couples together, and Becky Lynch isn’t leaving SmackDown), but WWE doesn’t seem to be interested in having Rollins and Reigns fight for the Universal Championship. That has left the “Drip God” hovering in SmackDown’s top midcard, and he hasn’t done much on the Blue Brand apart from a few excellent bouts with Cesaro and Edge.

Kevin Owens is coming to Raw.
(WWE photo)
Kevin Owens has been trapped in a storyline with Happy Corbin for a long time, and the chances of KO returning to SmackDown’s main event anytime soon seem improbable.

Sheamus is coming to SmackDown!
(WWE photo)
Sheamus has been quietly having the greatest run of his career in terms of in-ring performance recently. Unfortunately, he’s worked with almost every major name on Raw’s midcard, and almost every matchup is beginning to seem old. Allow him to compete for the Intercontinental Championship on SmackDown.

Dakota Kai is coming to SmackDown!
(WWE photo)
Kai hasn’t performed a broadcast bout since NXT TakeOver 36, and on recent episodes of SmackDown, he’s been doing dark matches. Kai would immediately bolster the heel side of the Blue Brand’s Women’s Division, which has been weak for a few months.

SmackDown with the Viking Raiders
(WWE photo)
The latest tag team chaos match on Raw revealed that the Red Brand, unexpectedly, has quite a few tag teams at the present. SmackDown isn’t in the same boat, and Erik and Ivar haven’t had anything to do in a long time.

Raw vs. LA Knight
(WWE photo)
The NXT 2.0 roster is becoming more congested by the week, which means we’re likely to see a lot more call-ups or releases in the coming months. Knight seems to be a no-brainer for a call-up.
