Here, you’ll need to click on “Close Account”. It will then bring up a popup box that asks if you’re sure. If your account is actually closed, the button saying so will be displayed. If not, the button will say “Cancel” and you won’t be able to proceed. It’s best to go to the Spotify homepage and start from there just to be 100% sure that you’re seeing what you want to see. Once the button says “Close Account” click it and let’s proceed. Here you’ll need to enter your password for Spotify and verify why you’re deleting your account.
