The identity of the person who dressed up like LeBron James for Halloween has been revealed. The prankster was wearing a Michael Jordan mask and had on an outfit that looked identical to LeBron’s game day uniform, but it turns out his costume is actually from 2017. What are your thoughts?
The “where was lebron james born” is the identity of the person who dressed like LeBron James for Halloween. The person, who goes by the name of Lebron James Jr., posted on Instagram that he had a lot of fun dressing up as his favorite basketball player.
If you happened to see LeBron James in the stands at Staples Center on Sunday night — no, it wasn’t the Los Angeles Lakers star time-traveling — I wouldn’t rule it out.
The scary (and amusing) picture, on the other hand, can’t be faulted for giving you the creeps. Designer Patrick Christopher, on the other hand, had by far the greatest Halloween costume of the night at Staples. The internet, as well as the Real LeBron James, took note.
After LeBron flushed a two-handed reverse slam on a fast-break during the Lakers’ 95-85 victory against the Houston Rockets in the second quarter, Spectrum SportsNet cameras recorded Christopher — dressed uncannily as James — putting both LeBrons in the same frame for a brief time.
The photograph was posted out by the Lakers Twitter account @ThePettiestLA, and it rapidly went popular on #LakersTwitter, prompting a reaction from the guy himself.

Following the game, ESPN’s Dave McMenamin disclosed the identify of the doppelgänger, who, it turns out, had been dating James for a decade.
(By the way, as someone who sat close and hung out around the court before the game, I was shocked and perplexed to see Christopher chatting to people when LeBron was reportedly in the Lakers’ locker room.)
Christopher thanked LeBron for the unexpected attention on his Instagram story. “Bron, everything is flying up on my phone… He added, “Call my folks for ‘Space Jam 3.’” His Instagram comments are remarkably active (h/t Harrison Faigen of Silver Screen & Roll.)
Christopher was in attendance to witness his brother, Rockets rookie player Joshua Christopher, according to the New York Post.
Patrick Christopher has an inspiring and noteworthy past, which you can read about in David Aldridge’s 2020 feature of him in The Athletic. He pursued his own basketball career abroad before joining the Utah Jazz’s squad. He blew out his knee five minutes into his fourth NBA game, putting an end to his basketball ambitions. Since then, his fashion label, “Sloan and Bennett,” has been a hit.
As Aldrige pointed out, LeBron and Christopher have been friends since 2007, and James has been a backer of Christopher’s business.
“He’d been a counselor at James’ camps since 2007, when he was still playing at Cal,” Aldridge wrote, “and has maintained in contact with all of James’ inner circle through the years – Randy Mims, Maverick Carter, and Rich Paul, currently James’ agent.”
In the bubble, James wore a Sloan and Bennett T-shirt, which was inspired by George Floyd’s murder.
“He understands his platform and his voice. “And he utilizes it,” Christopher said of LeBron’s 8:46 shirt to The Athletic. “That’s awesome for him to do that.”
LeBron James showed up to tonight’s game wearing a “Minneapolis” t-shirt with a stopwatch set at 8 minutes and 46 seconds.

During the 2021 All-Star selection event, LeBron also donned a Sloan and Bennett hoodie honoring Kobe and Gianna Bryant.
James and his Lakers teammates should be commended for their dedication to Halloween. James dressed up as Freddy Krueger, Russell Westbrook as Chucky, and Anthony Davis, most notably, as the Candyman. 10/10. Here’s where you can find them.
